These terms

This website is operated by Catalyst Labs. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may revise them from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

Using the site

You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own information and for discussing work with us. You may not:

• use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, the server it runs on, or any connected system;
• introduce anything malicious, or attempt to interfere with its availability;
• scrape, mirror or systematically extract its content to build a competing service or to train a commercial model on it.

We may withdraw or suspend access to all or part of the site without notice. The site is provided free of charge and we do not guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted.

Our content

All content on this site — text, layout, code, graphics, the Catalyst Labs name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing here grants you a licence to use our name or logo. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is fine; republishing a page is not.

Enquiries are not contracts

Everything on this site is provided for information. It is not an offer, and submitting the contact form does not create a contract, a reservation of our time or any obligation on either side. Any work we do together is governed by a separate written agreement, which sets out the scope, the fees, the timeline, the ownership of what is produced and the confidentiality covering it. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.

Timescales, indicative budget ranges and descriptions of our process on this site are illustrative. What a particular project needs is established during scoping, not from a web page.

Your submissions

Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. An enquiry is not covered by a confidentiality agreement unless and until we have signed one. We treat what you send us with discretion regardless, and we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy, but a form on a website is the wrong place for anything genuinely sensitive — tell us it exists and we will arrange a better channel.

Where this site links elsewhere, those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them by linking to them, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Disclaimers

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no warranties that it is complete, accurate or up to date. The content is general information, not professional advice for your situation. Do not act on it alone; talk to us, or to an adviser who knows your circumstances.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Catalyst Labs is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. Write to hello@catalystlabs.dev if you need that confirmed in writing for a particular matter.
